ProvidenceBarks! is a new community based organization that has been established to encourage responsible behavior by dog owners in the city of Providence as well as to encourage the city administration to develop ordinances, facilities and services to meet the needs of the dogs living within the city limits.  Our focus is on community organizing to provide responsible dog owners with the visibility needed in order to make Providence a friendlier place for dogs and their owners to live.
